The TimingGuys’ Blinky Box® made its debut during the F.I.S. World Cup races at Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada in 2006. Used during the Men and Women’s DH/SG World Cup races and continues today to many International, National and Local races! By design, you can configure a single card(Module) to isolate 2 channels all they way up to a complete World Cup rack of 12 TG2122/TG2124 modules for a total of 24 isolated channels!
This device is an optical isolator to protect your timing devices from static discharges, RF interference, high impedance and will constantly allow timers to monitor the status of all their timing lines and sensors via the LED status lights. It can be configured three different configurations based on timing channels.
Blinky Box® Duo – A two channel device with the ability to “link” the two channels together.
Blinky Box® Nations Cup – A rack module capable of holding 6 TG2122/TG2124 Cards for up to 12 timing channels.
Blinky Box® World Cup – A rack module capable of holding 12 TG2122/TG2124 Cards for up to 24 timing channels. Just like used in the World Cup.
